SPECTO Aerospace is a Dutch aerospace company specialising in the repair of composite aircraft parts. With 100 to 200 employees, SPECTO serves both civil and military aviation. A technical niche market in which everything revolves around quality, speed and compliance.

The challenge: no structure in the recruitment process

Initially, there was a lack of structure in the recruitment process.
