When Recruitee Co-founders Perry Oostdam and Paul Smoczyk started their first company, they found recruiting very time-consuming.

Applicant tracking tools already existed, but none of them provided a simple overview of the entire hiring process. Perry and Paul decided to build an intuitive hiring solution that supports teams every step of the way.

They believe hiring software should empower teams to work together and bring in the talent of their dreams, making it accessible to everyone: recruiters, hiring managers, reviewers, organizations of all sizes, and industries.

They made a product that reflects this belief, and in 2015, they shared it with the world.
