As a customer service provider, Transcom has an extensive network in the Philippines, Europe, and North America. Its core business is to provide customer care, sales, back office, and credit management services through their network and remote agents. Transcom’s talent are a core element of their success.
Room for improvement
Prior to its recruitment overhaul, Transcom was looking to find a solution to help its recruiters match relevant talent to job openings easier and faster. It was also looking to improve its candidate management by moving beyond using spreadsheets to record candidate data or rely on the help of temp agencies.

Adopting proactive recruitment strategies
Transcom started implementing changes to its recruitment by first establishing recruitment hubs in all of its offices, hiring dedicated recruiters, and implementing social media strategies to help source candidates. Their aim was to adopt a more pro-active style of recruitment.
Transcom also wanted their hiring to become more transparent (easy to track by all team members) and increase their recruitment capabilities by team size and per language. After testing out a couple of ATS platforms, Transcom opted for Recruitee.
