What is inga.?
inga. is one of the first German companies to use Facebook and Instagram to attract the right (skilled) workers and provide information about the tasks and employer via a tailored chatbot. The chatbot also delivers insights into the qualifications and experiences a candidate would bring to a specific role.

inga. offers Job-Bots on a project base and supports clients (over 400 SMEs, corporates and headhunters) with their recruiting and Social Media expertise on an individual vacancy basis. It posts jobs under its own brand "Dein Traumberuf" (95% of their searches are done in German), or "Your dream job" which helps to overcome an employer brand bias on the talents' side. After a briefing with the client to understand the role, company and expected persona of the potential new employee, inga. can go live with your hiring in 5-7 business days.
