How does Recruitee’s pricing work?
Our subscriptions are tiered based on the number of active job openings in your company account. We don’t set a limit on the number of team members because we support collaborative hiring.
What is an active job opening?
When you create a job opening - or a Job - in Recruitee, it can have five statuses: draft, published, internal use, closed, or archived. A Job is active when its status is set as published, internal use, or closed. Because you can work on the Job's pipeline and candidates in those statuses. A Job is inactive and doesn't count in your subscription when it is in draft or archived.

Where is your data hosted?
Recruitee exclusively makes use of data centres in the European Union and all data centres therefore fall outside the Patriot Act jurisdiction. The data centers are operated by Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The services provided by AWS and GCP are ISO 27001, CSA STAR, and SOC 2 certified.
What is Recruitee’s approach to data privacy?
Personal data within your account will only be processed on your instructions, as set out in our processing agreement. In addition, we ensure that you have a range of features at your disposal to meet all obligations under the GDPR.
How is data protected within Recruitee?
Security, availability and operational efficiency are the cornerstones of Recruitee's data center strategy. All private data is only shared with strong encryption. All access to Recruitee's data centers is strictly controlled and recorded. Furthermore, we take a series of measures to prevent DDOS attacks.

What type of Service Level Agreements (SLA) do you offer?
On request, we offer users on our Enterprise plan an SLA with 99% uptime guarantee.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer two months free when you opt for a yearly plan.
We don’t have any active job openings, but we don’t want to close our account either. Do we need to pay to keep it live?
We recommend you to change your subscription to the Professional plan. With this, you have three benefits: 1) Your careers site will be live to maintain your employer brand, 2) You can source and import candidates to your Talent Pool for future hiring needs, and 3) You can access your recruiting metrics and analytics.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay for any plan by credit card. For annual plans we can also send you an invoice that can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. Please contact us to change your payment method. Monthly plans must be paid by credit card.
