Our subscriptions are tiered based on the number of active job openings in your company account. We don’t set a limit on the number of team members because we support collaborative hiring.
When you create a job opening - or a Job - in Recruitee, it can have five status: Draft, Published, Internal use, Closed, and Archived. A Job is active when its status is Published, Internal use, and Closed. Because you can work on the Job's pipeline and candidates in those status. A Job is inactive and doesn't count in your subscription when it is Draft or Archived.

Security & Privacy

Recruitee partners with OVH Graveline Data Center - a leading provider of global connectivity and high-quality technology. All access is strictly monitored and recorded on secure servers. The data center is situated outside the Patriot Act jurisdiction area. You can learn more about OVH’s security measures here.
The data is yours. We never use or sell any data you collect. We enable you to determine a reasonable period for storing your candidates’ personal data. Drop us a message if you want to export your data for your own use.
Security, availability, and operational efficiency are all cornerstone elements of Recruitee's data center strategy. We store all private data in highly encrypted servers. All access to Recruitee's data centers is strictly monitored and recorded on our secure servers. All our hosting services include protection against all types of DDoS attacks.

Billing & Invoicing

We offer two months free when you opt for a yearly plan.
We recommend you to change your subscription to the Professional plan. With this, you have three benefits: 1) Your Careers Site will be live to maintain your employer brand, 2) You can source and import candidates to your Talent Pool for future hiring needs, and 3) You can access your recruiting metrics and analytics.
You can pay for any plans in Recruitee with credit cards. For yearly plans, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid via credit cards.
